Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim, seeks a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff. You’ll run live and virtual programs, focusing on CKD awareness, screening, testing, and management, while using approved materials.

Travel up to 20% is expected, with non-promotional, compliant engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or related field.
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase CKD risk awareness and testing practices.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies, training requirements, and approved materials.
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
