Inizio Engage invites a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved CKD education to healthcare professionals and office staff involved in patient care. The role emphasizes non-promotional, compliant use of approved materials, building trusted relationships across primary care practices, and supporting CKD awareness and CV risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field.
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate diverse healthcare audiences.
• Continuous learner with a commitment to professional development and staying current on healthcare trends.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through education, awareness, and healthcare practice support.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and office staff.
• Proficiency with digital tools, virtual engagement platforms, and evolving technology solutions.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase awareness of CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials.
• Skill and build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
