Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary care and related settings. The role focuses on CKD awareness, early identification, testing, diagnosis, and cardiovascular risk management, using only approved materials.

You will work with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and clinic staff to close care gaps while adhering to policies and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse healthcare audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in field-based settings with approved materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs on CKD risk, screening guidelines, and testing practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, training requirements, and approved materials.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Travel as required to engage with practices and educational events.
