Job summary

Inizio Engage, a healthcare engagement partner, seeks a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved CKD education to primary care clinicians and office staff, focusing on CKD awareness, early identification, testing, and management of CKD and CV risk.

The CRE will facilitate live and virtual educational programs, build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff, and operate in compliance with BI and Inizio policies while traveling up to 20% as

Qualifications

• Must educate diverse healthcare audiences in primary care and specialty settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with travel up to 20% and overnight travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CKD disease state education to clinicians and office staff using approved materials.
• Facilitate live and virtual education programs for CKD risk awareness and testing practices.
• Maintain compliance with policies and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff.
