Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary care and selected specialties. You will facilitate live and virtual programs to raise CKD awareness, screening practices, and testing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field.
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate diverse healthcare audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase awareness of CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials.
• Skill and build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
