Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved disease state education on CKD and CV risk to primary care teams in California. You will educate physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and office staff using only approved materials, with a focus on CKD awareness, early identification, testing, and management strategies.

The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 20% with overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, or patient education.
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to educate diverse healthcare audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and overnight travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree; comfortable with technology and virtual engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs on CKD risk, guidelines, and testing.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies, training requirements, and approved materials.
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
