Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and staff in primary care settings. You will facilitate live and virtual education programs on CKD risk, screening guidelines, and testing practices while adhering to Boehringer Ingelheim and Inizio Engage policies.

The role requires collaboration across physician offices, nurses, and staff, travel up to 20%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field.
Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease is preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate diverse healthcare audiences.
Continuous learner with a commitment to professional development and staying current on healthcare trends.

Responsibilities

Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary care and relevant settings.
Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase CKD risk awareness and appropriate testing practices.
Conduct activities in compliance with policies, training requirements, and approved materials.
Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
