Adecco is hiring Forklift Operators in Goodyear, AZ!

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by safely moving, tracking, and handling inventory while helping maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility.

Position Details

• Job Title: Forklift Operator

• Location: Goodyear, AZ 85395

• Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and handheld scanners to accurately move, track, stack, load, and unload products, materials, and equipment.

• Perform inbound receiving and trailer loading/unloading activities while ensuring inventory accuracy and product quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 7S standards and all safety procedures.

• Follow supply chain quality policies and demonstrate a commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.

• Support daily warehouse operations and complete additional material handling tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse, distribution center, or material handling experience.

• Current certification or demonstrated experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or other powered industrial equipment.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to handle products of varying sizes, shapes, and weights while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a physically active role that may require extended periods of standing, walking, reaching, and moving throughout the facility.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

Pay Details: $20.75 per hour
