Job summary

Diverse Computing, Inc. is seeking a CJIS Analyst I to support our CJIS ACE division in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of criminal justice information systems.

You will engage with local agencies nationwide, participate in project meetings, and assist with audits and compliance activities. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, fast readers, and process-minded, with a commitment to public safety and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret the FBI CJIS Security Policy with internal teams.
• Attend project meetings with clients to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop project work plans and coordinate audit schedules.
• Communicate with agencies about upcoming audits and timelines.
• Manage audits by assigning, reviewing, and following up on Non-CJIS audits.
• Review client documentation to verify CJIS compliance.
• Analyze clients' current policies to identify compliance gaps and improvements.
• Prepare audit and compliance reports for clients.
