Job summary

Diverse Computing's CJIS ACE division is looking for a full-time CJIS Analyst I to help support client audits and ensure CJIS Policy compliance. You’ll participate in project meetings, coordinate audit schedules, and communicate with agencies about upcoming audits, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong reading and analytical skills, capable of handling multiple audits, and able to pass state and federal

• Avid and fast reader.
• Enjoy thinking through processes and creating flow diagrams.
• Interest in making a positive impact on public safety and law enforcement.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tenacious – even when you encounter significant hurdles.
• Team player who interfaces with numerous departments.
• Able to maintain client and data confidentiality.
• Must pass fingerprint-based state and federal background screenings (mandatory).
• Residency in FL, GA, KS, KY, MO, NC, NJ, NY, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA.
• No sponsorship required to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the FBI's CJIS Security Policy.
• Attend project meetings with clients.
• Develop project work plans and coordinate audit schedules.
• Communicate with agencies regarding upcoming audits.
• Assign, review, and follow-up with Non-Criminal Justice Agency Audits.
• Organize and read through client documentation to verify compliance with the CJIS Security Policy.
• Analyze a client's existing policies for compliance and areas of improvement.
• Write up audit and compliance reports for clients.
