Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–12 years of experience in civil tendering, estimation and proposals.
• Experience leading tender teams or sections.
• Strong background in industrial, infrastructure, EPC and contracting projects.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, contracts and project specifications.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and analytical skills.
• Experience handling mega projects and high-value tenders preferred.

• Oversee preparation and review of accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil works.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor quotations, negotiations, and commercial evaluations.
• Lead development of technical and commercial proposals for major and mega projects.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimization, tender clarifications, and post-tender negotiations.
• Identify commercial risks, assumptions, exclusions, and opportunities during the tender stage.
• Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, Planning, Commercial, and Project teams to ensure successful bid preparation.
• Monitor the tender pipeline, team performance, submission deadlines, and bid strategies.
• Review awarded projects against estimated vs. actual costs and implement lessons learned.
• Mentor and develop Tender and Estimation Engineers to improve team capabilities and performance.
