Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Civil Superintendent for a large Arkansas project. You will manage day-to-day field operations on a substantial construction site, supervising earthwork, concrete and deep foundations with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of superintendent experience on civil projects, including pile driving and site utilities. The role offers a per diem for qualified candidates and standard 8:00 am–4:00 pm hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee earth work, site grading and flatwork (asphalt and concrete)
• Supervise construction efforts including safety, productivity, materials, scheduling and quality
