Randstad USA seeks a Civil Superintendent for a large Arkansas project. You will manage day-to-day field operations on a substantial construction site, supervising earthwork, concrete and deep foundations with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of superintendent experience on civil projects, including pile driving and site utilities. The role offers a per diem for qualified candidates and standard 8:00 am–4:00 pm hours.

Job Summary

Civil Superintendent needed for a large, long term project in Arkansas. In this role you will manage the day to day operations of field operations on a large construction site. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience as a superintendent, managing pile driving, concrete and dirt scopes. Per Diem available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of the following project work activities: Earth work, site grading, flatwork (asphalt and concrete), surveying and site layout, concrete installation, deep foundations, drilled piers, underground piping, grounding, and ductbanks.
• Responsible for overall supervision of construction effort, which includes: safety, productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, material management, safety and quality, scheduling, engineering, and contractual performance of the project.
• Responsible for subcontractor contractual compliance on designated civil construction related activities.
