A Civil Construction Company is actively seeking a Civil Superintendent. The Superintendent will arrange the work and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews, overseeing safety, scheduling, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Construction
• Manage foreman, subcontractors and equipment to meet project goals
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate completion
• Heavy civil experience including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, excavation etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
