Base Pay Range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to support the construction of a brand-new, ground‑up power generation facility. This role will oversee all civil and structural activities from site development through foundations and concrete, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all civil construction activities, including site prep, earthwork, grading, drainage, foundations, concrete, underground utilities, and structural scope
• Coordinate daily field operations with subcontractors, inspectors, and project management
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, QA/QC requirements, and safety standards
• Drive schedule adherence by planning work activities, manpower, and equipment needs
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
• Interface with engineering and construction teams to resolve field issues and constructability challenges
• Track progress, document daily reports, and support schedule updates
• Oversee material deliveries, inspections, and installation sequencing
• Maintain strong communication with owners, EPC partners, and inspectors

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Civil Superintendent or Senior Field Supervisor
• Strong background in ground‑up industrial, power plant, heavy civil, or large EPC projects
• Hands‑on experience with foundations, concrete, earthwork, and underground utilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large crews
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA)
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications
• Willingness to work on site full‑time and support project schedule demands

Preferred Experience

• Power generation, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial construction
• Large‑scale concrete or foundation packages
