Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a Proposal Engineer - Civil Structural to support project development and execution across multiple US locations. You will provide technical support to structural engineering customers and to certified applicators, helping build relationships and identify opportunities.

Requires a BS in Civil/Structural/Construction Management and 2–3 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

• Requires a BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of projects.
• Provide technical support to structural engineering customers and certified applicators.
• Develop relationships with structural engineering community and identify opportunities.
• Prepare technical/commercial offers and support CRM data quality.
• Bridge between sales and various departments to coordinate daily operations.
