Job summary

Viridan Group in New York is seeking a Civil/Structural Project Engineer to support its growing portfolio of utility-scale battery energy storage and solar-plus-storage projects, taking ownership of engineering reviews across the full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with EPCs, consultants, and vendors to resolve design and construction challenges and help deliver projects on time across Northeast markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project or field engineering in civil/structural construction for power generation or utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support a growing pipeline of BESS and solar-plus-storage projects.
• Lead civil/structural engineering reviews across complex energy infrastructure.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, external consultants, equipment manufacturers, and internal leadership.
• Contribute to project delivery from design through construction and commissioning.
