Job summary

LeoTerra Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Siteworks Project Manager to plan, manage and oversee a wide range of siteworks civil construction projects including grading, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure development.

You will ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires coordinating with engineers, architects and contractors, managing resources, and delivering progress reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing civil siteworks projects in grading utilities drainage and site prep.
• Ability to read site plans, interpret specs, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Experience with HCSS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to determine project specs and communicate findings to the Director of Operations.
• Review site plans to ensure alignment of design and execution with project goals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Obtain permits and plan resources, scheduling, and budgeting for siteworks within constraints.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment and monitor stock levels on site.
• Coordinate multiple siteworks teams, assign tasks, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
