Job summary

EarthTech Developers, LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee commercial sitework projects from start to finish. You will lead field teams, manage layouts, procure materials, and ensure safe, on-time execution.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and coordination with owners, engineers, and construction managers. Experience in grading, utilities, and takeoffs is essential, with proficiency in scheduling and estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills in overseeing field teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities on active sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans and coordinate layout, grading, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial sitework projects from start to finish.
• Perform job layout, including grading, utilities, and excavation planning.
• Procure and organize materials, tools, and equipment for the crew.
• Communicate job expectations, timelines, and objectives clearly to team members.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders; liaise with owners, engineers, and construction managers.
