Job summary

Site Design Concepts, Inc. currently seeks a Project Manager with land development experience to lead site layout, grading, and infrastructure designs.

You will coordinate stormwater control, erosion management, and utility planning while pursuing local, state, and federal approvals for multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture background, 5+ years of related experience, and a PE or RLA license or on the licensure path, with proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
5+ years of related experience.
PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
Land development project management experience is beneficial.
Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage site layouts, grading, utilities, and landscape plans.
Oversee stormwater management, erosion control, and infrastructure designs.
Obtain local, state, and federal approvals and permits for projects.
