Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Sitework & Civil Estimator to lead pricing for sitework and civil packages on commercial projects across Florida. You will support preconstruction from early budgets through final bids, delivering accurate estimates with clear documentation.

Review civil drawings, surveys, geotechnical reports, and permits to identify quantities and risks. Build scopes, solicit subcontractor bids, and document estimating assumptions for handoff to the project team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sitework or civil estimating experience.
• Ability to perform digital quantity takeoffs and read civil plans.
• Knowledge of earthwork, stormwater, utilities, paving, and site construction costs.
• Florida site conditions familiarity and permitting considerations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed takeoffs, and final estimates for civil work.
• Review drawings, surveys, and permits to identify quantities and cost exposure.
• Build scopes, solicit subcontractor proposals, and recommend pricing.
• Identify value-engineering options between civil and building scopes.
• Maintain estimate backup and document estimating assumptions for handoff to the project team.
