A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Engineering Business Manager to join their Market Development team within the Civil Infrastructure Division. This individual must live within Great Lakes region as they will spearhead these markets in business development, marketing, sales, profitability, and overall product development for geotextiles and erosion control products. Overall, this individual will be the "face" to engineers, regulatory agencies, distribution customers, the contracting community, and the transportation industry as a whole. This individual will work remotely but will be traveling up to a max of 50% travel. A typical day could entail doing promotions for the company, driving business by meeting engineers, conducting lunch presentations, and creating business plans for key influencers.

Extensive for the first 30-60 days (have a full training program), will be training with direct report and will go out with Sr. EBM's to get educated on their products, solutions, how to present, how to interact with sales team, etc. & mentored.

Compensation: This is a commission-based, sales role. The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000. OTE will be $143,000-$190,000. Commission and earning potential is uncapped.
