Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (per job requirements).
• Experience coordinating and conducting investigations into discrimination or harassment is preferred.
• Ability to interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses with sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct investigations of reports of violations with an investigative plan and interviews.
• Ask appropriate questions during interviews using trauma-informed methodology to gather information.
• Prepare comprehensive written investigative reports of information gathered.
• Maintain database records and assist in reports and trend assessments.
• Review investigative reports with leadership and ensure compliance with policies.
