Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or JD/PhD/EdD with 2 years.
• Experience conducting civil rights investigations or related investigations.
• Knowledge of Title VI/Title VII/Title IX, ADA and related campus compliance areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impartial and timely investigations into discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation.
• Interview parties and witnesses and gather relevant documentation.
• Draft detailed investigative reports that summarize evidence and apply policy.
• Provide guidance to students, faculty and staff and coordinate with intake, HR, legal counsel and units.
