Job summary

Middlebury College in Middlebury, CT seeks an administrative and programming support role to assist education and prevention programming around sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and other prohibited harassment and discrimination.

You will work closely with the Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator to develop and administer programs and educational initiatives.

The position is compensated at the Level C Midd student wage scale: $15.40 per hour, with at least 5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design for print and web materials.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Interest in civil rights, anti-discrimination, or sexual violence prevention.

Responsibilities

• Update web-based information on resources, reporting options, and procedures.
• Adapt prevention materials for students, faculty and staff at Middlebury locations.
• Research and develop programming initiatives.
• Assist with meeting and event planning and preparation of materials.
