Job summary

Middlebury College is seeking a student-wage coordinator to support education and prevention programming related to sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and other prohibited harassment and discrimination. You will work closely with the Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator to develop and administer programs and educational initiatives.

The position is compensated at $15.40 per hour under the Midd student wage scale, with availability of at least 5 hours per week and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design, including print materials and Web-based design.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills.
• Interest in civil rights, anti-discrimination, and sexual violence prevention and response; involvement with related initiatives at Middlebury is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update web-based information on sexual and dating violence resources, reporting options, and procedures.
• Assist with adapting prevention and education materials for students, faculty and staff at Middlebury locations.
• Research and develop programming initiatives.
• Research policies and best practices and assist with meetings and event planning.
