Job summary

Middlebury is seeking a part-time administrator to support education and prevention programming around sexual harassment and discrimination. The role collaborates with the Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator to develop programs and distribute educational materials.

The position is paid at the Level C student wage rate of $15.40/hour, with an expectation of at least 5 hours per week and strong self-direction.

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience for print and digital materials.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of organization and self-direction.
• Interest in civil rights, anti-discrimination, and sexual violence prevention.

Responsibilities

• Update web-based information on harassment resources, reporting options, and procedures.
• Adapt prevention materials for students, faculty, and staff at Middlebury locations.
• Research and develop programming initiatives in civil rights education.
• Support meeting and event planning, prepare materials, and assist with policies and best practices.
