Zusammenfassung

State of Colorado is seeking a Contract Compliance Specialist (Administrator III) in CDOT Region 4 to review federally aided construction projects for DBE and OJT compliance. You will advise staff on civil rights and labor regulations while supporting internal programs.

The role requires strong investigative skills, ability to conduct field visits, and travel within Colorado. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Six (6) years of experience in human resources, law, contract compliance or related field.
• Experience with labor/employment law, equal opportunity or contract compliance preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may substitute for the experience requirement.

• Review federally aided construction projects for contract and labor compliance.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on equal opportunity practices.
• Conduct investigations and document findings with reports for management.
