Job summary

State of Colorado's CDOT is seeking a Local Agency Coordinator to support project management and construction oversight for local transportation projects. You will assist agency managers, coordinate with CDOT groups, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and inspection requirements.

You will use SAP, ProjectWise and MS Office daily, review change orders, and travel regionally to project sites. A strong background in civil construction and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of experience in project management, construction oversight, materials testing, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Local Agency project Managers/Coordinators to ensure construction aligns with plans and specs.
• Assist agencies in following Local Agency Manual and coordinate with CDOT groups.
• Use SAP, ProjectWise and MS Office to create documentation and track status.
• Review contractor work and field procedures for compliance with plans and specs.
• Review inspection reports and change orders with the PE as needed.
• Travel to meetings and project sites as required.
