Qualifications

• Experience inspecting concrete reinforcement and placement.
• Familiarity with ACI 301/318 or equivalent codes.
• Ability to review construction drawings and related docs.
• Strong organizational skills in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings for earthwork, concrete, and embeds.
• Verify material condition, grade, and specification compliance.
• Verify concrete mix designs, placement, and testing.
• Review soil compaction, concrete compression, and coating reports.
• Visually verify painted/coated assemblies prior to shipment.
• Organize project documentation and quality records (ITPs, MTRs).
• Coordinate inspections with superintendents, owners, engineers, and third parties.
