Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Minimum 5 years (6 preferred) delivering civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project execution, including scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resource coordination.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for plans, reports, calculations, and specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members, clients, agencies, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and timely delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication and sound judgment.
• Support business development, including scope development, proposals, and client development efforts.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and analysts through day-to-day direction and development support.
• Demonstrate accountability for deadlines, productivity, and financial stewardship.
