Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related engineering discipline) from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Tennessee.
• 8+ years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion in land development.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices; ability to mentor and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians to serve clients effectively.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements; develop trusting relationships with clients and public agencies.
• Coordinate tasks, budgets, and schedules to meet client timelines.
• Champion professional development of project team members and align with career paths.
• Lead design, plan production, and permitting for land development projects from concept through construction support.
• Contribute to company design/production standards and pursue new opportunities with existing and new clients.
