The role requires an engineering degree and a P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state(s) required to support project work.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong business development, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal client contact and foster long-term partnerships.
• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Review technical deliverables for standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Support business development through pursuits, RFQs, proposals, and interviews.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and stakeholder presentations.
• Contribute to design standards and operational excellence.
