GPD Group in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead site development designs for Federal, Retail/Commercial, Educational, and Healthcare clients. You will mentor team members while coordinating multi-discipline projects and client engagements.

The successful candidate has 8+ years of design experience, a PE license, and strong proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD, with stormwater expertise and excellent communication skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience in the Federal, Retail/Commercial, Educational (PK-12 and Higher Ed.), and Healthcare spaces.
• PE License required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCAD; stormwater modeling.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil site development design and stormwater management.
• Coordinate permitting and jurisdiction submittals.
• Mentor and develop Site Development team.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedules.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team.
