Job summary

LDC, Inc. seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, public, and utility infrastructure projects, from design through construction. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, while coordinating with engineers and staff to ensure quality and timely completion.

You will work under the President with guidance from Principal Engineers, driving business development, mentoring staff, and maintaining high standards of service and safety across projects.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of civil engineering experience.
• Private-sector land development project experience required.
• Washington PE license required.
• Bachelor of Science in civil engineering; master’s preferred.
• Construction field experience preferred.
• Valid WA driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical execution while meeting established engineering standards.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets and resource allocation across projects.
• Develop client relationships and pursue additional services and repeat business.
• Coordinate with principal engineers and senior leadership for project success.
• Coach and lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality results.
