Bowman Consulting in Glendale, AZ, seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering projects from scope to budget. You will manage multi-project workloads, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive profitable completions while upholding Bowman’s standards.

The role requires a PE license and 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management, with strong skills in development reviews, design coordination, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Eight+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 3 years in assistant project management.
• Land development experience including residential and commercial developments.
• Thorough understanding of municipal codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, etc.).
• Experience with Storm Drain Modeling and Rational Method Hydrologic Calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform project development, finalize scope, prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage day-to-day project management across multiple projects.
• Direct preparation of designs, specifications, plans and reports.
• Review project costs and ensure budget alignment.
• Maintain client relationships and drive profitability and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project requirements.
