Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Land development project management experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans.
• Manage stormwater, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs.
• Obtain local, state, and federal approvals and permits for projects.
• Ensure compliance with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal requirements.
