Job summary

The Crossroads Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager for our Hamburg or Elysburg, PA offices. You will lead site design layout, road planning, grading, and stormwater management, coordinating approvals and permits across Pennsylvania.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree with 5–15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office; EIT/PE is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; EIT/PE preferred but not required.
• Experience range 5–15 years in civil project management or related roles.
• Must be able to work in Hamburg or Elysburg, PA office; strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site design layout including road layout, grading, and stormwater management.
• Coordinate permitting and development approvals with municipal and county agencies.
• Manage projects from planning through construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
