Job summary

Site Design Concepts in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil/site development efforts, including site layouts, grading, utilities, and landscape planning. You will manage stormwater and erosion control, infrastructure design, and coordinate approvals.

Ideal candidates hold a PE or RLA license (or on track) with 5+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office. Competitive pay and collaborative culture offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Land development project management experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, utility and landscape plans.
• Prepare stormwater management and erosion control plans.
• Develop infrastructure designs and coordinate permit approvals.
• Obtain local, state, and federal approvals and permits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
