Job summary

Hridayananda Advisory in the United States seeks an experienced Civil Engineer with PE to manage private subdivision and land development projects from planning through final design and construction.

You will oversee schedules and budgets, lead site and drainage design, coordinate feasibility reviews, and mentor junior staff while building strong relationships with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer license (Pennsylvania preferred).
• 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, land/site development experience.
• Strong project management, design skills, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Manage private subdivision and land development projects from planning through final design and construction, overseeing schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, quality, and client expectations. Lead site and drainage design, coordinate feasibility reviews and approvals, build relationships with clients and agencies, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an active Professional Engineer license (Pennsylvania preferred), and approximately 5–7 or more years of progressive civil engineering experience. Candidates should have land or site development experience, strong project management and design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and effective communication and leadership abilities.
