Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating and/or project management experience in heavy civil, excavation, or site work.
• Strong understanding of equipment productivity and cost structures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for excavation and site work projects.
• Manage awarded projects from contract execution through final closeout.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate with superintendents.
