Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, estimates, scopes, schedules and budgets, and leading design calculations, plans, construction documents, bids, and construction administration. A PE license and 5+ years of Missouri/Illinois experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience serving government and private clients in Missouri/Illinois.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects including client coordination and proposals.
• Lead and review design calculations, plans, and construction documents.
• Prepare cost estimates, bids, and oversee construction administration.
