Oates Associates, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced civil engineer to manage and deliver infrastructure and site development projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, estimates, scopes, schedules and budgets, and leading design calculations, plans, construction documents, bids, and construction administration. A PE license and 5+ years of Missouri/Illinois experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience serving government and private clients in Missouri/Illinois.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
