The role requires a PE license and 4+ years in civil engineering with water/wastewater experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with water and wastewater engineering projects.
• Strong technical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project setting.
• Passion for learning and hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and contract documents.
• Lead construction observation and management activities.
• Provide technical guidance and quality control throughout design and construction.
• Support bidding, contracting, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to address project challenges.
