Job summary

Glory Hill is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support site/civil design for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects. The role includes occasional field work and collaboration in a team setting.

Ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5–8 years of site/civil design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. FE/EIT is required; PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of site/civil design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• FE/EIT required; PE preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update site plans, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Design and analyze grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control components.
• Review maps, surveys, soil data, and aerial imagery to support design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
• Participate in field investigations and site visits as needed.
• Support junior staff and contribute to project coordination.
