Glory Hill is actively seeking a Mid-Senior level Civil Site Project Manager in its Herndon area office. You will lead civil site development projects from concept to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires a PE license, strong communication skills, and expertise in Civil3D and AutoCAD, with 6+ years of related experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of civil site design and land development experience.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support civil engineering site development projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility designs.
• Perform site layout, roadway design, and infrastructure planning in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD to prepare engineering drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and technically sound project delivery.
• Review and interpret technical reports, including geotechnical, environmental, and traffic studies.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and support project management tasks as needed.
