The ideal candidate has a PE license, strong Civil 3D skills, and 8–15 years of civil design experience, with a focus on coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (preferred) and active PE license.
• 8–15 years of civil design experience.
• Strong site development experience including grading, drainage, utilities, and land development.
• Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
• Experience with stormwater/civil design software.
• Experience developing roadway and pipeline profiles and calculating earthwork quantities.
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, agencies, and project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and support field activities/construction sites.

The biggest priorities are PE licensure, strong Civil 3D skills, and commercial/industrial site development experience.
