Job summary

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for land development and site projects. As a Licensed Civil Engineer on our Site Design team, you will manage small to medium projects, prepare design documents, and coordinate with clients and Olsson staff. You may travel to job sites for observation and meetings.

The role supports flexible work options including remote and hybrid schedules, with opportunities to work from any Olsson office location in various regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer.
• Experience with Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Performs project management duties on small to medium sized site design projects.
• Prepares planning and design documents and processes design calculations.
• Coordinates with Olsson teams, staff, and clients; travels to job sites as needed.
• Markets project progress to project managers and clients; maintains records in PM system.
• Supervises and provides guidance to less experienced staff when applicable.
