Olsson is seeking a Civil Project Engineer in the Fort Collins area. You will apply engineering principles to a broad range of land development projects, supervising engineers and technicians to deliver complex designs.

The role requires a registered Professional Engineer, a Civil Engineering degree, and 6+ years of related experience. Proficiency with Civil 3D and site design is essential. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Strong proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in the appropriate engineering discipline.
• Performs design calculations, prepares cost estimates, and analyzes alternatives.
• Coordinates projects with Olsson teams; guides design tasks; maintains records; coordinates with clients.
• Assists with marketing/business development; may help write proposals.
• May serve as project manager on small projects.
• Independently performs assignments on complex projects.
• Oversees staff and coordinates technical team members.
