Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Industrial Environmental team in the United States. You will apply engineering principles across a broad set of assignments, supervising engineers and technicians, and guiding project objectives and policy matters.

The role emphasizes cross-team coordination, project management, and the development of design documents, schedules, and budgets, with client-facing engagement and formal reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• 8+ years of related civil/environmental engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline.
• Coordinate staff and supervise lower-level team members.
• Perform design calculations and economic analyses for alternatives.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budget; manage progress reports.
• Coordinate with other Olsson teams and clients; maintain project records.
